We currently ship only to the countries listed at checkout. If your location isn’t available, we unfortunately cannot fulfill orders to that region at this time.

3. Order Rights & Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. If we have to cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is final.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content are the original work of this shop. Please do not copy, trace, or redistribute our work. We put a lot of heart (and matcha) into these creations—thank you for respecting that!

6. Shipping & Liability

While we do our best to get your orders out quickly, we are not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or "acts of the postal gods" once the item leaves our hands. Our liability is limited to the total value of your order.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have an issue with your order, please message us first. We value this community and would much rather find a solution together than deal with any public drama (we definitely want to avoid any "DWAYOR" situations!). If a resolution cannot be reached, legal matters will be handled according to the laws of our business location.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control—natural disasters, strikes, or the occasional zombie apocalypse—delays may occur. We promise to keep you updated as best as we can.
